I am stressed...

the house
the kids
the job
the union
the play/schpeil
my leg/knee
my weight
my physical health/aka - exercise
taxes
investments
friends and their stresses, freakouts, etc...

COSTS:
1.now our finances are easy. Housing costs are now half of what they will be after a re-finance, etc.
2. other "maintenance" costs coming up - heating/cooling;
