today - went to doctor... had my back x-rayed... nothing much, I think. Normal degenerative stuff.
Tried to get psa -- turns out it wasn't authorized.
Will go back in two weeks for psa at time of ultra sound for herniated stomach thing.
Good kabbalah class ...
