When we spend money for space exploration that money and most planetary resources (iron, aluminum, oil, gas, --- nuts and bolts... and all) is used on Earth and stays on Earth. Only a very little in the way of resources (and no money) is on the way to Mars or Jupiter or the Space Station or the Moon. All the money is circulating in our economy and I think that is good.
There was a note I saw that said: A one trillion dollar investment in our infra-structures (roads, wiring, rails, bridges, school buildings, etc) would create 13 million jobs.... AND the money would circulate in our economy. GOOD!
Am I wrong?
