Perfection came to mind yesterday... but as there was a lot going on in my posts yesterday I put this thought off til now... Perfection is, imho, a transitory momentary thing. Relative to Biden picking a perfect candidate... no way that holds for long. Getting a good, very good... person is possible. Such a person can easily be a women!
Perfection relative to The Virus -- and locking down, etc ... I AM DOING MY BEST... Being chided all the time is simply painful and stressful. Some positive stuff needs saying and doing. Encouragement is important with love and compassion. We all must be BOTH selfish and serving. There is a delicate balance, I believe, that makes us humans as we act with humanity. Firemen rush INTO burning buildings. We all cannot only hide in our rooms and homes. There is a community around us and people need help and only people can be helpful. Carefully!! And really. I find myself talking positive positive positive as so many around me worry worry worry. I can use some help balancing things since I cannot do it all myself. Foolish optimism is not good. Foolish pessimism is also not good. As is now on my email signature and was in yesterday's blog:
