Virus - Day 8 - Monday, March 23, 2020

Part 1
This morning, Monday, I have spoken with Amy and sent her and Sarah an email about how I AM being careful... as well as helpful to some others. It is a difficult balancing act... between absolute isolation and some contact with other... even in person. ALSO - just checked how stock market is doing and the collapse continues.

Outside the day looks beautiful here in Davis, California. It may be a bit "cold" (48 degrees F) but that is really fine. Refreshing.

I'm at Deanne's house and have not figured out what I will do later... though at 1pm I have a zoom meeting to go to with legacy writing group. Not much else on the calendar. Tomorrow I wonder if Adriana and crew will clean my house. I have sent them a note asking them if they come to do disinfecting and to be healthful, personally.

Part 2
So... I am at my Breton home now - it is about 11:30 and I have been here an hour or so. Shirley is here, too... AOK...
NOTE: this is a bit like, in its way, giving blood. It is easy. Risky, too, a bit. Blood donations can go
"wrong" and illness can come in with a visitor... BUT all things necessary and all things good and all things rather easy, too.

And --- went to bank and got some cash to stache. A good idea?

Also put away some stuff on dining room table and kitchen counters. Folded laundry, etc. I WONDER if Adrianna will come tomorrow?

Today I expect to do two zooms - one with legacy writing group and the other with Susan in NYC = her Bible class.

Amy and Susan are both working from home which is Susan's apartment. They are together. Sarah and her mom, Susan, are also together and I think Sarah is working from home. Deanne is working from home. AOK.

BILLS need paying!! as in my car insurance!!! - DONE... at least car insurance.
