I have a cold or the flu or The Flu? In any case yesterday I stayed home, rested, had soup, and meds (expectorant, vit. C, some tylenol, too). Today - more of the same and tomorrow, too, I think. I will miss meeting w/Jim and going to Chorale rehearsal. Tomorrow - might miss rehearsal, and seeing Rachel...
Mostly what I have is congestion, coughs, some diarrea (depending on what I ate... more than illness, I think).
SO -- more reading, and too much TV., and maybe some piano for my singing groups...

took a nap... one hour... and also just took (about noon) an antihistomine for my headache which I am thinking is caused by congestion. We'll see.

Earlier lookup my old Camp Loyaltown and found that today is keeps going to disabled kids and even adults. In my day it was for poor kids and my parents may not have had to pay. NOTE: the camp is noted in an art work at MOMA.
